Prof. Dato’ GS Dr. Narimah Samat
Prof. Narimah Samat is a professor and Deputy Vice-Chancellor at Pusat Pengajian Ilmu Kemanusiaan, School of Humanities, Universiti Sains Malaysia. Her research is focus on Geographic information System (GIS), Urban and Landuse Planning, and GIS Socio-Economic Application (Health and Poverty).
Prof. Dr. Saswat Bandyopadhyay
Prof Saswat Bandyopadhyay is a professor in Department of Planning, CEPT University, India. Prof. Saswat has a degree in Civil Engineering, Masters in urban planning and advanced qualification in urban infrastructure. He has over 17 years of experience in Urban Development aspects in South East Asia, specifically in the field of Urban Basic services and environment management.
Dr. Joe Hurley
Dr. Joe Hurley is an Associate Professor with the Sustainability and Urban Planning program; and a member of the Centre for Urban, RMIT University. He is also Deputy Director of the Clean Air and Urban Landscapes Research Hub, a multi-institution partnership funded by the National Environmental Science Program. His research focuses on the intersection between urban planning and urban sustainability, and on the role of urban governance and policy in producing sustainable outcomes.
Dr. Paulo Silva
Dr. Paulo Silva is an assistant professor of Regional and Urban Planning at the Department of Social, Political and Territorial Sciences, University of Aveiro, Portugal. His reseacrh field is focus on relations between individuals and planning institutions and their influence in policy making.
Dr. Ir. Heru Purboyo Hidayat Putro, D.E.A.
Dr. Heru Purboyo is a senior lecturer at the School of Architecture, Planning and Policy Development, Institut Terknologi Bandung (SAPPD-ITB). Currently, he is Head of the Regional and City Infrastructure System Research Group. His research field is focus on Urban and Regional Planning; Infrastructure Management; and Transportation Planning.
Dr. Jeongseob Kim
Dr. Jeongseob Kim is an Associate Professor in the Department of Urban and Environmental Engineering, Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology, South Korea. His research interest is focused on housing policy, neighborhood change, human mobility patterns and behaviors, as well as urban resilience.
Dr. Redento Recio
Reden has over 14 years of experience in working with research-oriented academic institutions, human rights organizations, development NGOs, and social movements. He is a member of the following research and academic networks: Australasian Early Career Urban Research Network (AECURN) – Queensland Chapter; Relational Poverty Network (RPN); Association of European Schools of Planning (AESOP) Young Academics Network; and UQ Housing and Urban Studies Network (UQ HAUS)
Prof. Carl Grodach
Carl Grodach is Foundation Professor and Director of Urban Planning and Design at Monash University. Prof Grodach’s research areas include community and economic development, cultural planning and policy, strategic planning, and precinct-level urban revitalisation. His work is by nature interdisciplinary, focusing on issues significant across urban planning and policy, geography, sociology, and design fields.
Ridwan Sutriadi, ST., MT., Ph.D
Ridwan Sutriadi is a lecturer at the School of Architecture, Planning and Policy Development, Institut Terknologi Bandung (SAPPD-ITB). Currently, he is Head of the Undergraduate Study Program at the Departement of Regional and City Planning. His research interest is focus on urban planning, lanuse planning, urban pattern an structure, policentric and metropolitan study, urban an trritorial ompetition, informational andd communication technology of the city, and monitoring and evaluation study. in recent years, he has actively written books regarding smart city concept and its development.
Dr. Ninik Suhartini
Dr. Ninik Suhartini is a Lecturer and Researcher at the School of Architecture, Planning and Policy Development, Institut Terknologi Bandung (SAPPD-ITB). Her research interest is focused on Urbanism in the Global South.
